The Eagle PTE has the opportunity to publish a 2016-2017 directory for the students of Eagle Elementary School. Due to privacy issues we are unable to get the contact information for all students directly from the office. This directory is one way we can ensure that the parents who have kids who attend Eagle Elementary to have the correct addresses to send invitations to your child. It also allows parents to have contact information for other parents in Eagle. We are small community and there are many who wish they had this information handy.
Please note:
•We do not authorize this directory to be used to send solicitations. Be respectful and use this for what it was intended.
•You can also fill out this directory by contacting the school office and requesting the form.
•This WILL NOT be published on a public website where anyone can get access to it. This directory will only be issued back electronically to those who responded to this request and filled out their information for their family members below. Details on accessing the document will be send to the primary email address listed below.
•Requests for the directory to be released to those who didn’t add their information will be handled on a case by case basis. Also, additional printed and electronic copies of the directory will also need to be handled on case by case basis through the school office.
•The deadline for the directory will be September 30th.
